At Kathari Era, we carefully pack every order and work with trusted courier partners to deliver your handcrafted pieces safely and efficiently. We currently ship from Ireland to destinations available at checkout.
Ireland

-Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days
United Kingdom
-Free standard delivery on orders for & over €200
-For orders under €200; Standard delivery: €9.50
-Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
European Union
-Free standard delivery on orders for & over €200
-For orders under €200, Standard delivery: €9.99
-Estimated delivery: 2–6 working days
Rest of the World
We ship internationally to selected destinations outside the European Union.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges
For orders delivered outside Ireland and the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, clearance charges or other fees imposed by the destination country may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the shipping charge paid to Kathari Era and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs rules and charges vary between countries. Customers are responsible for checking the applicable import requirements in their country before placing an order.
Kathari Era cannot guarantee that a particular country will permit the import of a specific product.
Customs clearance may also cause delays that are outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, exhibitions, promotional periods or other unusually high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Where there is a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
Please note: delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.
You can use the tracking details provided by our courier partner to follow your parcel.
Please ensure that your delivery address, email address and telephone number are entered correctly at checkout, as these details may be required by the courier to complete delivery.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please carefully check your delivery details before completing your order.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.
This does not affect your statutory rights where the issue is the responsibility of Kathari Era.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to destinations available through our checkout.
Some products or destinations may be unavailable due to courier restrictions, customs requirements, local regulations or other logistical considerations.
